This quick and easy necessary bag will be certain to delight your doggy-loving friends and family. It will hold several disposable bags and is portable for packing in your purse.
Supplies:
1 hair elastic
2 4 1/2 by 1/2″ pieces of plastic
1 4 1/2″ circle of polar fleece for lining
2 4 1/2″ circles of fashion fabric
2 4 1/2″ circles of contrasting fabric
Sewing machine (I used my Skyline S5)
Thread
Prepare:
Fold contrasting fabric circles in half and press
Sew:
Baste Plastic strips to inside of half circles

Baste hair elastic to top inside of lining
Assemble:
In this order:
outer fabric circle
polar fleece lining
outer fabric circle
pressed contrasting fabric half cycles
Sew using a 1/4″ seam all the way around the circle
Clip curves:
Turn right side out:
Stuff with plastic bags for poop-scoops. Attach to leash:
You can make one in 20 minutes 🙂
