Annie Laura’s Triumph, takes place in 1915 when lace was a part of nearly every piece of clothing a woman wore. I love experimenting with incorporate vintage touches into modern styles. For this Creative Machine Embroidery article, my dream was to recreate lace netting dotted with tiny flowers on my embroidery machine. I’d seen a wedding dress, circa 1918 with a similar pattern, and worked to copy it. Pick up a copy of the 2017 May/June Creative Machine Embroidery Magazine to see how you can make lace on your Embroidery machine!
